Everything happened for a reason

I went to a conference with him today.
A really interesting conference, indeed.
Our lovely lecturer did make some important points and until now I'm still pro for nuclear as energy resources.

We talked a lot about our past relationship over some burgers in McD city. Very nice. The nicest double quarter pounder ever. And he just ordered a double cheese burger.
How.. nice. To make me less guilty, I didn't get to finish my burger.

I drank a glass of wine after the conference and felt very drunk afterwards. Which wasn't normal. So...He brought me to McD because I haven't had anything for lunch and dinner. A really sweet guy.

Anyway..... yeah, he started the relationship convo.
Suddenly he asked for my opinion to conclude and finish his "not-a-relationship" relations with the girl from work place.
This girl apparently thought of him in a romantic kind of way when he did not.
Yeah, that kind of thing always happened in life.

Then he mentioned his last relationship as well. A relationship that almost appear straight from those fairy tales kind of book. Well, that's the difference. It is not always happy ending in reality. And that exactly what happened with their relationship.

I shared some of my experiences to him as well...

And suddenly, just like a falling star, we got in front of my house. Time goes by so quick....
I really don't want this semester to be over *sob sob*.
Not with him going off somewhere...
I know I can't be this egois forever and I'll be faced with the reality soon.
What I hope is, that we can cherish everything that has happened. That our friendship won't turn sour. That everything will be great for both of us.

That's what we both believe.
That everything happened for a reason.
Cliche, but always true.
